COVID-19 Resources

The Up Center is one of the region’s leading providers of mental health services. We have moved quickly to respond to the needs of our community during the COVID-19 crisis by shifting to a telehealth delivery service for outpatient counseling.
We recognize that financial hardships exist and are flexible in working with clients on payment for service.
If you need mental health support during this unprecedented time, here are some ways we can help:
  • Face-to-face video therapy
  • Flexible scheduling
  • 15, 30 or 60 minute appointments
  • New clients accepted
  • Appointments available for people without health insurance

Our COVID-19 Response

At The Up Center, we recognize the multi-faceted challenges and public health crisis that the COVID-19 pandemic presents to our communities and our employees. We are committed to prioritizing the health, safety and well-being of all Up Center clients and employees during this crisis and have taken steps to address this, including:

  • Providing most services and appointments remotely via telehealth;
  • Requiring mask wearing and physical distancing of 6 feet for employees and/or clients who may meet in person;
  • Implemented additional cleaning and safety protocols;
  • Transitioned the majority of our workforce to remote work;
  • Increased communication across the agency to ensure all employees feel supported, connected, and informed;
  • Created COVID-19 Information and Resources pages on our website for clients and employees, including CDC and local guidelines and resources, teleworking tips, free resources for parents and caretakers working with children at home, wellness tips and resources, etc.
