- Connecting children with loving foster and adoptive homes
- Counseling and supporting seniors, military families, or those in financial crisis
- Offering summer camp and family homes for people with disabilities
- Training parents, including first-time and teen parents, to ensure their children have every chance for success And so much more….

On January 1, 2008, we officially changed our name from Child & Family Services of Eastern Virginia to The Up Center. We embraced this bold new identity to highlight our positive approach to problem solving and increase awareness of our programs. While our name is different, our commitment to results and integrity, and our desire to Unlock the Promise of our community will never change. |
