Participant Fundraising
It's recommended that all stair climbing participants ages 21 and older raise a minimum of $25. Participants younger than 21 can choose to participate if they would like to be eligible for fundraising prizes. (See our youth group page to see how younger participants can also raise money for their own group in addition to The Up Center. )
How Do I Fundraise?
One of the easiest ways to fundraise is to create an online page for yourself or your fundraising team. Then you can email or ask your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to sponsor your climb.
-To create a page, click on the "donate now" image above or this link: donating online
-Choose the option at the top of the page to "Become A Fundraiser"
-Click "Fundraise as an Individual" or "Create a Fundraising Team"
-Follow the instructions to create your page
-Give your friends your direct url address or they can search by individual name or team name at the top of the Step Up donate page
You also can print out our pledge form to gather offline pledges.

Why Should I Fundraise?
All the funding received will not only help a great cause but will also put you in the running for some fantastic prizes. We are compiling a list of prizes that will automatically be received at certain fundraising levels. ($150, $300, $500, $750, $1000, $2000). The top fundraising individuals and teams will also win prizes that will be the envy of your family, friends and co-workers (think vacations and other fun stuff). Watch our prizes page for an update on what will be available.
How much do I have to raise to have access to the VIP room?
Fundraisers who raise $500 or more will be able to enjoy the VIP room. This VIP zone will have food, drinks, a massage therapist, a concierge to get your race packet, and other perks. Donations must be received by April 16th to qualify.
