Why You Should Take the Stairs:
Stair climbing is quickly becoming an international sport, and athletes travel to competitions all over the world. There is no other stair climbing event in the Hampton Roads market, and so Step Up will give you a unique workout. Studies show that stair climbing has tremendous health benefits:
“The fitness gains from doing 11 minutes of daily stair climbing for eight weeks rival those of walking 36 minutes a day for six months.” (Dr. Oz report, Las Vegas Review Journal, 2008)
