The Up Center has expanded to five locations. In early April the agency opened its newest office in Norfolk near the Virginia Beach border. This office houses our foster care unit and programs for people with disabilities. Earlier this year, the agency also opened an office in Suffolk.  This office is helping the victims of the Suffolk tornado contend with the emotional aftermath of that event. The Suffolk staff also is looking to provide veterans counseling services and other counseling assistance in the area, while also providing a place where people can take advantage of our other programs.
