Warm Up

Video of the 2010 Step Up Warm Up training event

Step Up will host three Warm Up training sessions to get climbers ready for the big event. To qualify for the free Warm Up sessions, you must be registered for the stair climb or complete a registration at the training. Onsite registration will be available at the training site. You can also register online or download the registration form to complete and submit at your first training session.

Trainers from the Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA will also be at each warm up to provide training tips.

Kick-off training at Dominion Tower.
Warm Up participants will meet in the lobby.

Sunday,February 19, 2012 1pm - 3pm

Group training day at Dominion Tower

Sunday, March 1, 2012 1pm - 3pm Final group training day at Dominion Tower
